Orthodontist
Responsibilities:
- Patient Examination and evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills with the team member and with patients.
- Able to develop an orthodontic treatment plan according to the patients’ needs.
- Able to use diagnostic tools like Pano, Ceph, 3D digital images.
- Able to assess abnormalities in the mouth, teeth, and jaw.
- Able to connect seemingly unrelated symptoms to patients’ concerns and needs.
- Able to correct bite, any concerns with occlusion issues and overcrowding.
- Able to properly monitor patients’ progress.
- Able to maintain themself with updated advances on orthodontic technology and corrective appliances.
- Possess time management skills.
- Keep and maintain dental notes related to the oral health of patients and the treatments given to them.
- Communicating with other team members to provide care to patients.

Dr. Padilla established Dental Designs in 2004 as a multi-specialty office. We currently have five doctors and a very comprehensive support team that makes our offices unique and well-rounded. Our doctor team approach is one of support and mentorship, so our doctors do not feel isolated but rather part of a growing group of highly qualified doctors. The support of our doctors and team is vital to us.
Our team is important to us, and we just don’t say it, we prove it! So our doctors have a chance to own stock investment in our company. So the perfect candidate would work hand in hand with our team members to provide our patients with the quality dental services Dental Designs always provides.
Job Description
We are currently looking for two candidates, one per location (Naples and Fort Myers, Florida). We can also consider one candidate that can cover both Naples and For Myers offices alternating days.
To be successful in our company, you should be caring, communicative, and experienced in diagnosing and treating orthodontic procedures.
Requirements:
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
- Completion of a specialty orthodontic program in the US
- Current Florida Dental license
- Current Malpractice insurance
- Current Drug Administration License
- Some experience with dental software
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care.
Salary: $200,000 – $350,000.00+ per year

Experience:
- Orthodontics: 1+ year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
