BIOGRAPHY 

Lilly was born in Puerto Rico and studied in both United States and Puerto Rico. From an early age, Lilly wanted to work in the medical field, which took her to study medical technology at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and was able to secure jobs as a manager.  

Lilly joined the Dental Designs team in 2018 and has never looked back. She feels Dental Deigns provides fulfillment and job satisfaction as she is involved in the medical field but is also applying her leadership skills.  

Lilly began her journey with Dental Designs as a receptionist. However, she saw the need to help, and with no hesitation, she took it upon herself to learn accounts receivables and insurance billing. While working at Dental Designs, Lilly returned to school and completed a certification in Insurance and Coding. This allowed her to gain momentum in her career, and she was promoted to Billing Manager.  

Due to the high volume of work and patients, Dental Designs decided to add another manager to the Fort Myers team. It was no question Lilly fit all the characteristics to fill such job expectations. In the short time she has been a manager, Lilly has implemented new ideas, has the knowledge to make solid decisions for the best of the company, and has grown to be a reliable, high-performance manager.
